Start of a new idea


A few weeks ago we received some grains again from friends. I was so happy that we could start again with the fermentation of a drink that basically calmed my intestines in the first place and gave me a refreshing drink, without feeling guilty that I absorbed too many sugar.

Secondly, I have a husband who has a passion for cooking and experimenting with food and drinks,... so I thought to myself, why can't we produce a drink that we can give to our friends when they visit us? Some of them don't like to drink alcohol and we never have soft drinks in our refrigerator, only (sparkling) water. If we produce some more, we always have refreshing drinks without alcohol for them...

No sooner said than done...

The first bottle are a fact....
