It's all about "action"

Having a dream without taking action will always remain just ...a dream.
Manifesting, visualizing… without action, it fades and becomes nothing. It lingers in a kind of “someday”, a place where everything seems possible, but where nothing truly happens.
Taking action and making choices are the real steps toward turning a dream into reality. Of course, the right mindset helps — because it’s that belief that drives you into action. But belief alone is not enough. Belief needs to be translated into doing.
Sometimes we have a dream, and we immediately fill it with obstacles. We see everything that could go wrong, everything we don’t yet know, everything that’s missing. Especially when a dream feels big or far away, we make it even bigger in our minds… and at the same time more unreachable.
But what if that dream isn’t that far away?
What if it’s not about one big leap, but about small, almost invisible steps you can already take today? Our thinking is shaped by our past. From what we know. From what we’ve already tried — and maybe failed at. That’s why a dream often feels impossible: because we look at it through the lens of who we were yesterday.
And that’s exactly where things stop flowing…
Because action doesn’t require you to know everything or to be certain about it. Action only asks you to move, despite not knowing.
It’s not the big plans that make the difference, but the small choices you keep repeating. That one email you still send. That conversation you decide to have. That first version that is far from perfect — but exists.
Action creates clarity. Not the other way around.
And that clarity doesn’t always confirm what you thought. Sometimes it shows you that something is not right. That the dream you held onto for so long isn’t quite what you expected.
And that can be confronting… but also incredibly freeing.
That clarity might lead you to not do something, instead of doing it.To stop. To adjust. To let go of what you thought was meant for you.
And that can feel like failure. But in reality, it’s the opposite.
If I may share a personal example…
For the past five years, I’ve felt the desire — coming from my HR background — to contribute to people’s lives. I wanted to help them connect with their energy, to live their vision. To stop making their job the center of everything, and instead let it grow from who they are.
But the way it was “supposed” to look never felt quite right.
Traditional coaching methods — as valuable as they are — felt too structured, too predictable, maybe even a bit… boring 😅 As if I had to fit myself into a shape that wasn’t fully mine.
And still, the idea of “coaching” stayed. Because I believed that this was the form of my desire that I had to take.
Until I took action.
I signed up for a training as an “art-based dynamic coach”. Out of curiosity. With the feeling: maybe I will find it somewhere in here.
And through that step, something became very clear.
Coaching… in itself… is not for me.
But the artistic part? That touched everything.
That’s where the energy was. That’s where the freedom was. That’s where I was.
And suddenly, something clicked.
Maybe I don’t need to coach people. Maybe I don’t need to teach, guide, or structure in the traditional sense.
Because inspiration doesn’t come from explanation. It comes from feeling.
And that’s how, through action, a new path emerges. Not because you’ve figured it all out — but because you’ve experienced it.
So yes… action creates clarity. But not always the clarity you expect.
Rather, the clarity you need.
We often wait until we feel “ready”. Until everything makes sense. But being ready is an illusion.
You become ready by doing.
And maybe that’s the most exciting — and at the same time the most beautiful — part.
That you meet yourself along the way. That you grow through action. That what once felt impossible slowly starts to take shape… simply because you began.
So if there’s something that has been on your mind for a while, something that keeps coming back, something that gently pulls you....Don’t ask yourself if you’re ready. Ask yourself: what is the smallest action I can take today?
And take it. 💪🏼
Because that’s where everything begins. ✨
